Suki Rockett Consulting was founded on a simple observation. The gap between a good Microsoft implementation and a bad one is almost never the software. It is who is in the room, whether they understand the business, and whether they are still there when something goes wrong.
We spent our careers inside large implementations, on both the client side and the partner side. We saw what worked: small senior teams, honest scoping, and a partner who tells you when an idea is going to cost more than it is worth. We saw what did not: layered account teams, junior consultants learning on your budget, and change orders that arrive after the leverage has shifted.
So we built a firm around the first list. Every engagement is led by a managing partner. Scope is written in language your executives can read. When we are not the right fit, we say so early.

We start with how you make money and where it leaks. The configuration follows from that, not the other way around.
Standard where possible
Every customization is a future upgrade cost. We use the product as designed unless there is a real reason not to.

If a date is at risk you hear it that week, not in the steering committee two months later.
Handoff ready
Documentation, code standards and knowledge transfer good enough that you could replace us. Most clients do not, but they could.
